Drove technical infrastructure design for business critical partner payment systems and managed a team of 3rd party vendors through the definition and launch of a global partner initiative for a Fortune 500 software company. Responsibilities included drafting and maintaining technical documentation, managing offshore development resources, testing software releases, managing content localization, identifying and tracking bug status.

Graphics Designer
Designed co-branded online advertising campaigns promoting an extensive series of Fortune 500 stakeholders on one of the largest Web portals in the world for a Fortune 500 software company. Responsibilities included working with world famous brand identities to create messaging, layout and custom graphics design and iconography for interactive websites, demos and other online experiences.

Logistical Support
Drove extensive logisitical preparation for a 2000 sq ft booth presence representing a major software product launch at an international technical tradeshow. Responsibilities included managing the development of PowerPoint, video and technical demo content for keynote speakers, managing speaking and booth staff schedule with over 30 staffers for a weeklong event, identifying and securing Marketing Placement Opportunities (MPOs) within and around the event venue to drive traffic to the booth, working with event webcast team to coordinate webcast interviews with keynote speakers, coordinating booth layout design and physical contruction, transport and setup with fabrication vendor, managing shipping of hard deliverables into and out of event venue before and after event. Client was a Fortune 500 software company.

Technical Writer
Drafted copy and designed graphics and animation for a series of over 100 PowerPoint slides used to disclose the worldwide licensing model for a highly complex software product for a Fortune 500 software company. Slides were used for internal training as well as for communication to strategic partners and for public disclosure through the media at press conferences.
